RISC-V EoIS
First Exploration of
Industrial Synergies

© sam richter_Adobestock

On May 15th 2025, aside the Paris RISC-V Summit Europe, CEA and Inria organized a joint event to foster an open and collaborative ecosystem to pave the road to computing systems sovereignty, using RISC-V & Open Hardware for an industrial independence. Feedback from this first event showed the motivation to further explore industrial synergies. CEA and Inria now propose a first-dedicated meeting with the following goals:

  • Identify and discuss technical matters of shareable technological platform on two verticals:
    1. RISC-V computing for cloud and servers
    2. Value creation around RISC-V safety and security certification
  • To what extend can a root-of-trust stack be shared between different vertical sectors?
  • Identify the next steps, collaboration modes, industrial opportunities and other relevant topics of interest.

The RISC-V EoIS event will include parallel tracks, plenary sessions and two networking moments.
